In case of brownout, the resort has its own power generator.

Food & Beverages

Since we do not yet cater (see Development page) for food & beverage, please bring your own. Our caretaker will be happy to prepare wood fire on one of our 4 barbecue pits. Thank you for supplying your own utensils and chinaware (except for Isla Verde Family House).

Terms and Conditions
    
1) To reserve & confirm your booking, FULL PAYMENT thru bank deposit is required. You will have to call our contact numbers to get the bank details. After making the deposit, you will have to fax the slip to (02) 421-6238 or scan & email to preciousalmario @ yahoo.com

2) Reservation payment is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-REBOOKABLE

3) CHECK-IN time: strictly NOT EARLIER THAN 1:00 pm CHECK-OUT time: strictly NOT LATER THAN 12:00 noon

4) Pool Rules must be observed at all times. Only proper swimming attire is required (no shorts, no sandos, no T-shirts). Please abide by the rules to prevent from being rejected to swim

5) All major appliances brought-in will be charged P200.00 per appliance per overnight

6) Extra mattress will be charged P200.00/overnight. Please note that only the number of beds specified in our website in each accommodation are provided

7) ANYTHING damaged or lost inside all accommodations which are properties of Almalin Beach Resort (including amenities) will be charged to the occupants. MOVING OF FURNITURES AWAY FROM ITS ORIGINAL PLACE & BRINGING-OUT OF PILLOWS & LINENS OUTSIDE EACH ROOM OF ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

8) Only CASH PAYMENT is accepted
